Introduction

Off Premise is handled one of three ways with the first being the most popular:

~ Drop off and set-up with Chafing dishes, linens, fan folds, food and a server. Customers enjoy their guests while the server sets up, serves, keeps things tidy throughout the event, then packs up. (In other words, we supply & do it all)

~ Drop off & set-up with chaffing dishes, linens & food. Supplies are then packed up and picked up when the party is over. Delivery fee not included.

~ Drop off only in disposable aluminum pans. Delivery fee not included.

There is a $4.50/person fee for disposables (i.e. flatware, napkins, hot & cold drinkware, etc.). We use a heavy duty high-end plasticware. With various packages we can do a “kids Station” with chicken fingers, etc.

All food packages are priced as “food only”. Our beverage packages are priced separately.  You have the option of renting china & silverware or purchasing disposable plateware & flatware either thru us or on your own.  The disposable items would include plateware, flatware, dinner & dessert napkins, & hot/cold cups for $3.00/person.

All packages include decorative accents for the buffet as well as a color choice on linen accents for the buffet.  Some of our packages require a Chef, and servers / bartenders are always highly recommended. 

Most customers desire staffing because it allows them to enjoy their guests, while our staff does EVERYTHING else.  Kenny’s Spirited Eatery appreciates that most people are on a budget, however we ask that you understand that we cannot accept out-sourcing of staffing.
